Delete your Bilog account

• Sign in to Bilog, open Settings (the gear at the top).
• Tap Delete my account, type your handle to confirm, and tap Delete.
• Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

If you own a Bilog that still has other members, it isn't deleted. It passes to the member who has been in it longest, and everyone in it is told. Settle up your own shares in it first. A Bilog with paluwagan or ambagan rounds has to be dissolved first.

Email hello@getbilog.app from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Bilog account”. We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days.

• Your profile, handle, email and photo.
• Your payment accounts, QR codes, contacts, payment records, receipts and proof links.
• Bilogs you own that have no other members, your Nukleo records, budgets, notifications and settings.

• Records that belong to someone else stay in their account. For example, their own copy of a payment with you, or a shared expense in a Bilog they own. Your name stays on those records as they saved it, but they are no longer linked to your account.
• A Bilog you owned that still has members passes to its longest-standing member, with its history. Your past shares and payments in it stay, under your name.
• Backups held by our database provider are overwritten on their regular schedule.

Deletion can't be undone. If you'd like a copy of your data first, use Download my Bilog data in Settings. More in the Privacy Policy.
